Strawberry Pop Tart
Pie crust
organic strawberry preserves
Preheat oven 425. Use a star cookie cutter on the pie crust and cut out 8 stars. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Put preserves in the middle of the star and then add a top star. Squish the edges together to seal. Use the leftover dough pieces to make random shapes so none is wasted. Cook for 8 minutes or until brown. You can make a frosting with water and powdered sugar- but they taste great without.
